I’m currently an Experience Manager at Central Pacific Bank in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. My role reports into the Executive Office where I strategize change at the enterprise level.
I was previously a Lead UX Researcher at JPMorgan Chase, TransUnion, and agencies. I have both product design and UX research experiences. My mission is to build empathy for all customers at all milestones and drive product innovation to meet their needs.
